Mission

CivFund provides the infrastructure for philanthropists to offer flexible, accessible and responsive funding to civil society in Africa.

CivFund is a feminist fund that provides flexible, accessible and responsive funding to civil society in Africa. It acknowledges that access to funding remains challenging for differently organised entities, individuals and collectives due to restrictive compliance requirements. CivFund seeks to provide a platform through which philanthropists can use its infrastructure to support civil society and ensure equity, equality and access to donor resources.
