Organisations must have a formal grant confirmation letter that specifies the source of funds, the approved funding amount and the duration of the funding period, a proposal submitted to the funder by the hosted organisation, a high-level budget detailing the intended allocation of funds, a costed work plan, a list of authorised signatories who will have access to and manage the bank account designated for the grant funds, proof of identification and the address of the authorised signatories, and a grant agreement if the funder is already contracted with the hosted organisation.
