HRAPF focuses on ensuring that the human rights of all persons are valued, respected and protected through enhanced access to justice, advocacy and influencing, research, strategic litigation, knowledge development and capacity enhancement.
HRAPF works with marginalised and often criminalised communities. Many of these communities cannot register their organisations and, therefore, open bank accounts to receive money from their donors. HRAPF believes that by providing fiscal hosting services, marginalised communities can access much-needed services to further their causes.
