Mission

LEAP Africa is committed to developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders. Its training programmes, workshops and advocacy empower young people, entrepreneurs and professionals to lead ethically, solve challenges and drive sustainable development in their communities.

LEAP Africa supports emerging social enterprises and non-profit organisations by offering financial management, capacity-building and mentorship services. This support enables them to focus on their core missions while ensuring compliance and accountability in their operations.

Fee structure for offering fiscal hosting services : Between 5% and 10% of the funds managed
Proportion of total funding in 2023 that formed part of fiscal hosting services: Between 16% and 20%
