Mission

MoFund Africa is dedicated to reimagining philanthropy in Africa by empowering African non-profits and social enterprises. It fosters sustainable development through capacity-building, innovative funding mechanisms and trust-based partnerships.

MoFund Africa strengthens the systems and capacity of African-founded non-profit organisations and social enterprises. Providing fiscal hosting services is an opportunity to help organisations that lack the necessary structure and systems and an avenue to build trust for grantmakers and investors who are happy to work with an intermediary who provides the essential tools, oversight and a guarantee that funds will be utilised appropriately.
