NWTF facilitates equitable citizenship and sustainable participation for women in Nigerian governance.
NWTF aims to institutionalise access to resources for women to achieve a balanced representation in leadership and governance. To achieve this, NWTF realised that gender-based violence is inhibiting women's aspirations and attainment of leadership. Therefore, there is a need for more strategic programmes targeted at preventing and eliminating violence against women and girls in Nigeria.
