COFO works with communities to sustainably improve their quality of life regarding education, gender equality, health, and livelihoods.
COFO aims to empower marginalised communities, promote gender equality and support sustainable development initiatives. It provides fiscal hosting services to support and amplify the impact of like-minded organisations and projects to enhance educational opportunities in underserved and underfunded communities, promote girls' and women's rights by providing safe spaces for learning and opportunities for skills development, improve access to primary healthcare and promote behaviour changes, and promote food security through self-sustainable community agriculture.

Organisations must align with COFO's mission, vision and objectives, share similar goals and values, support initiatives promoting education, health and community development, and be non-profit, transparent and accountable. Political or religious organisations are not eligible.
